Level Three is the most intensive and most valuable service we offer. We combine level one and level two with a 2 ½ day in-person intensive to observe up close, train in all aspects of the restaurant as needed and provide a step-by-step comprehensive report detailing effective and efficient solutions, tools and action steps to make your big dream a reality.
First we schedule the initial call and 1-2 video calls to get an idea of your operation and needs.
First in-person day: I observe first hand your operation; speak with employees, managers, and especially the owner to understand the procedures, problems, what’s working and what isn’t.
Second in-person day: I provide a report of findings and solutions and discuss with the owner the best way to improve and take action. Then I will personally train the employees and/or managers and provide practical ways to improve operations.
Last ½ day: Final visit to ensure the owner understands and has a step by step plan to implement the solutions provided in the report.
Finally, we will schedule a 1 hour video call two weeks after the final visit to revisit the actions taken; determine if changes or tweaks are needed; and answer any final questions that may come up after the implementation.
Summary of Level Three Intensive:
2 ½ days of in-person training (6 hr @$250/hr =$1500/day x 2 ½) =: $3750
2 (1 hour) video calls ($225 × 2 ): $450
Follow up video call : $225
3 ‘what if’ phone calls, 30 min each: $225
Total Value of Level Three: $4200 (value)
