Who Are We?

My name is Eric Favier. I am a French native, having lived in the US for the last 40+ years. I have had 21 years as a French pastry chef, both as the chef and as the trainer for the Marriott Corporation. I then ran a very successful, 500 seat, French Bistro in Tallahassee, FL for 21 years.

At this point in my life, I want to share my experience and expertise with new and upcoming small restaurant owners.

After over 40 years in the food and beverage industry, I have the knowledge, expertise and persona to teach, motivate and inspire my clients to reach their dreams and full potential. My clients trust me to make their operation both fun and profitable.

Because of my extensive experience,   I have the unique ability to:

Our Services

This is a FREE 30 minute phone consultation during which you would explain your type of restaurant, your current situation, your needs or pain points, and what you would like to improve.

We will listen and provide our professional opinion on your best course of action.

If, after the free consultation, you can see the value and benefit of more in depth discussion and solutions, we offer an extended phone call at $150 per hour.

To really understand the operation and your specific problem areas, we offer video consultations at $225 per hour. These video calls will make it easier to see the situation in action or in real time, allowing us to experience the operation, employees, customers etc and observe the needs and issues you have.

Level Three is the most intensive and most valuable service we offer. We combine Level One and Level Two with a 2 ½ day in-person intensive. We observe front and back of the house; train in all aspects of the restaurant as needed; and provide a report of practical and efficient solutions, tools and action steps to make your big dream a reality.
